  Clean Development Mecanism (CDM) :  as an agreement that the Kyoto Protocol of 55 developed countries in the world agreed to reduce GHG (Green House Gas) or greenhouse gases of 5% from 1990 firs. One way that is in use through the CDM in developing countries including in Indonesia.Many industries in Indonesia that have a great opportunity to run a program such as the CDM is to replace the fuel more environmentally friendly, install the system in the anaerobic treatment of waste, energy saving program. From the project will provide the UN's insentive cer (Certified Emission Reduction) to the industry in equal esteem with a number of CO2 which can be revealed. 1 CER = 1 ton CO2. Cer 1 = 1 ton CO2. In general, the government through the District Lebong Carbon Conservation Lebong perform stage process for CDM, and will make the stages following the principle mechanism
